Hey everyone!
I saw a post about this on the Beamdog forum and it seems awesome so I am excited about the chance to help you get it started up.
I used to play NWN for years off and on back after release and up to when hosting fell through. I played on Amia as well as basically every low level/magic server. I hosted and was the main DM/Story teller for Hope's Light ZS for about 6 months. Never got much of a player base but really enjoyed that experience and hope to get into doing more story telling at some point.
Looking forward to hearing from you all!
I'm not sure if Arelith was made from Amia, but they were somehow connected...
Learning Spanish in a role-play PW is definitely awesome! If I had drive or motivation to continue learning Spanish, I'd have followed through with it. I believe Puerta de Baldur is still running.
" Well cool, I'd be interested in doing that whenever the server goes live! I want to play on a server I get in on the base level on, and help make instead of trying to shoehorn into something already established. "
Glad this is your attitude! :) I'll launch the server as said on the 18th.
I didn't realize Arelith was made from Amia, though that sort of makes sense. I have played some Arelith but I haven't recognized any areas really; and I feel like I could draw you a map of all of Amia haha.
Learning Spanish from playing on a Spanish server sounds awesome! I can't believe I hadn't thought of that.

Hi Talieson, welcome aboard :) Glad to see another NWN-vet! I played since 2002, Mostly in Exaria, the original Haze and later Arelith (I believe it was previously Amia..which I remember was very popular back in the days) . Last time I played for a consistent amount of time was actually in Puerta De Baldur back in 2016 to try and learn Spanish via role-playing. It was really difficult and challenging! At any rate, this is still early on in development phase so anyone who is to be pre-alpha-testing in March will more than likely help to find bugs, offer improvements and will be a quasi-team member. :) In fact, I'll go ahead and start a thead for "pre-alpha-testers"
